1. Who we are

Intilq (“Intilq”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI social-media campaign manager that helps you plan, create, schedule, and publish content to the social platforms you connect, and view their analytics. Intilq is operated by Outworx for Web Design, a sole establishment licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use, store, share, and protect it, and the rights and choices you have. It applies to intilq.com and the Intilq web application. Questions or requests: privacy@intilq.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account & profile — your name, email address, a hashed password, preferred language, timezone, and the organization/workspace and team members you belong to.
  • Brand & campaign content — the brands, logos, colors, products, campaign briefs, and the captions, images, and videos you create, upload, or generate in Intilq.
  • Connected social accounts — when you connect Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, or X, we receive and store the account identifiers, usernames/handles, profile details you authorize, and the OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to act on your behalf. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.
  • Platform content & analytics — with your authorization and limited to the permissions (scopes) you grant, we read the posts, media, and performance metrics/insights for the accounts you connect, and we publish or schedule the content you approve.
  • Billing — when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details directly. We store your plan, subscription status, and a customer identifier — we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser and device information, and product-usage events used to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use your information

We use personal data to:

  • Provide the service — generate campaigns and copy, create designed graphics and AI media, and publish, schedule, and report on content for the accounts you connect.
  • Operate your account, process payments, and provide customer support.
  • Keep Intilq secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and enforce our terms and the connected platforms’ policies.
  • Maintain and improve the product, using aggregated or de-identified data where possible.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use data obtained from a connected platform for advertising or to build profiles about you or others.

4. Platform data (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)

Access to any connected platform is granted by you through that platform’s OAuth flow and is limited to the permissions you approve. We use platform data solely to provide Intilq’s features to you — publishing, scheduling, analytics, and managing the accounts you connect — and for no other purpose.

We do not sell platform data, do not share it with unrelated third parties, and do not use it for advertising or independent profiling. Our access to and use of each platform’s data complies with that platform’s developer and platform terms and policies, including the TikTok Developer Terms and Usage Guidelines, the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, and the X Developer Agreement and Policy.

You can disconnect any platform at any time in Settings → Connections. Disconnecting revokes the token with the platform and deletes the stored connection and its tokens from Intilq.

5. How we share information (service providers)

We share personal data only with the service providers (sub-processors) that help us run Intilq, each under contracts requiring appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (hosts your account and content).
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Anthropic — AI text generation (campaign copy, captions, designed-graphic content). We send the prompts and briefs needed to generate content; we do not send your social access tokens.
  • Replicate — AI image and video generation.
  • Inngest — background job orchestration for publishing and rendering.
  • Resend — transactional email (sign-in, notifications).
  • Outworx / Marsad — error monitoring and observability.
  • The social platforms you connect — to publish and read analytics at your direction.

We share only what each provider needs for its function. We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Intilq, our users, or the public. If Intilq is involved in a merger or acquisition, data may be transferred subject to this policy.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, or disconnect a platform, we delete the associated personal data and OAuth tokens within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

7. How to access, export, or delete your data

You can exercise your choices at any time:

  • In the app — open Settings → Account to export or permanently delete your account and all associated data; open Settings → Connections to disconnect a platform and delete its stored tokens.
  • By email — contact privacy@intilq.com and we will action your request within applicable statutory timelines.
  • From the platform — Facebook and Instagram users can request deletion from their app settings on Meta; we honor Meta’s data-deletion callback. You can review deletion instructions and check a request at intilq.com/data-deletion.

8. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, and others)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined — and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, contact privacy@intilq.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting prior processing.

9. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, encrypt stored social tokens, isolate every workspace at the database layer using row-level security, apply least-privilege access controls, and monitor for abuse. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where required by law. See our Security page for more.

10. International data transfers

We and our service providers may process personal data in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in, security, and core functionality. With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand usage and improve Intilq. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our cookie controls.

12. Children

Intilq is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@intilq.com and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. The “last updated” date above indicates when this version took effect. Continued use of Intilq after an update means you accept the revised policy.

14. Contact

For any question or request about this policy or your data, contact us at privacy@intilq.com, or by mail at Outworx for Web Design, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
